Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and complete field paperwork.
• Liaise with vendors/suppliers for technical information.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for project initiation.
• Address customers’ feedback and issues.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements.
• Prepare engineering drawings and documentation.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Prepare periodic progress reports.
• Perform risk assessments to minimize job site risks.

Job description

Project management in expediting schedule, completion of field paperwork

Liasing with vendor/suppliers on technical information and procurement of items required based on project requirements

Liaise with internal parties to ensure that all information and requirements are captured at the project initiation stage

Liaising with clients on technical verification

Attend to customers’ feedback and issues

Arrangement and coordination for delivery

Preparation of engineering drawings and documents

Ensure all documentation (e.g. technical reports) are up-to-date and in order

Prepare periodic progress report and feedback

Perform risk assessment to minimize risk at job site

Ensure job are carried out comply with safety guidelines from the authorities

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience in project handling, preferably dealing with air-conditioning, BMS, chiller or HVAC systems is an advantage
