Job summary

XGH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager responsible for developing and applying the Project Execution Plan. You will monitor progress, lead PM teams and report to senior management on project status and issues.

The role involves client interaction, stakeholder reporting, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, and proactive problem solving across project stages. Strong coordination with operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and application of the Project Execution Plan.
• Monitor and control progress and development of all related project deliverables through the project stages.
• Lead Project Management teams; provide expertise, guidance, support and motivate project teams.
• Report to senior management via meetings or written reports on progress and status of issues.
• Manage routine client interaction; set and manage client expectations.
• Prepare all reporting activities required for the Project Stakeholders.
• Attend meetings to ensure compliance with project standards, procedures and requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to prescribed standards.
• Ensure prompt delivery of all project deliverables.
• Find resolutions to and preempt problems during project stages.
• Communicate effectively with Operations Teams to identify needs and evaluate project solutions.
