  • Overseeing 40–50 technicians/operators across 3 teams
  • Supervised daily production operations including assembly, testing, and First Article builds (FA).
  • Planned schedules, assigned tasks, and monitored progress to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Trained and mentored Production Leads and staff, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshot production issues, identified root causes, and implemented corrective actions.
  • Coordinated with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
  • Enforced safety protocols, conducted inspections, and ensured compliance with workplace regulations.
  • Analyzed production data and maintained accurate reports to track performance and drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with relevant experiences in semicon industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience in production supervision or manufacturing management.
