Job summary

A manufacturing firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Production Technician to guide production staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will conduct OJT training, handle production documentation, and initiate continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a minimum of Nitec and 4-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with a forklift license are favored. Immediate start for day shift work (Mon-Fri).

Job description

Senior Production Technician / Boon Lay / Day Shift (Mon-Fri) / Immediate

You will be reporting to Production Supervisor

Guide and monitor performance of production staff in accordance with Production department goals.

Provide on-the job (OJT) training to new staff.

Act as delegate to the Production supervisor.

Production Processes

Weighing, mixing, filter preparation, filling and packaging.

Completion of all associated production documentation.

Transfer of raw and packaging materials as well as finished products.

Planning detailed daily job assignment of production personnel.

Production Administration

Perform S4 transactions for goods issuance and order conversion including cycle counts.

Support QMS activities including change control, customer complaint handling, validation and audits.

Liaise with Maintenance, Quality Control, Warehouse and Production Management as needed to facilitate Production operations.

Initiate and work on continuous improvement initiatives within Production.

Establish and own Production controlled documents.

Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Min Nitec or equivalent.

Min 4-5 years of relevant working experience.

With forklift license is a plus.

Perm Morning Shift (Mon-Fri) : 8am - 4.45pm
