Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in production support, particularly L3/L4.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving incidents.

Responsibilities

• Analyse Level 3 production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Fix production defects and work with developers for enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for code and solution review.
• Guide offshore team members and provide technical direction.

Skills

SQL, MariaDB or other RDBMS

Java (debugging, defect fixing)

JUnit, Mockito

Red Hat Linux & Shell scripting

Splunk (log analysis, monitoring)

React JS (basic troubleshooting)

Git / DevOps exposure

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent
