A global technology leader in Singapore seeks a Project Procurement Specialist responsible for managing procurement activities for projects. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in relevant engineering fields and extensive experience in the immigration and biometric equipment sectors. Along with strong leadership skills, the role requires a collaborative approach and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

This position is required to support both Bids and Projects activities to IBS Asia business lines. As a Project Buyer lead, he/she will be required to formulate an Acquisition Management Plan that provides the best sourcing strategies and cost effective solutions to best manage Spent to be within the procurement budget at project implementation phase. In addition to that, he/she has to ensure that project schedule, Suppliers’ deliveries and quality meets the project deliverables and its specification and application requirement.
