Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Rail Digitalisation Division's data platform initiatives. You will shape product vision, own the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver impactful software for rail performance and maintenance.

You will conduct user research, define PRDs and metrics, and drive data-driven decision making to support GTM activities and adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software/technology Product Management.
• Experience with data analytics and user research to inform product decisions.
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, and analytics teams.

Responsabilités

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: shape the product vision and own the roadmap for your area.
• End-to-End Execution: lead the lifecycle from ideation to launch and iterations.
• Requirements & Documentation: write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with developers and designers for feasible and engaging UX.
• Customer Insights: conduct user research and gather feedback to understand pain points.
• Data-Driven Decisions: define KPIs and analyze data to guide improvements.
• Go-to-Market: support training and adoption with Engagement and Outreach teams.
