What You’ll Do

As an IT Product Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of a medium-to-large scale product or product component—from ideation to launch and beyond. Your work will directly influence how customer and market data is leveraged to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps, aligning with strategic priorities and stakeholder input.
  • Ensure readiness for deployment by validating quality, compliance, and change control requirements.
  • Guide technology direction using enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices.
  • Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure scope, quality, and resources are aligned.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and stakeholder communications for product launches.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, satisfaction) to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with development teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges.
  • Engage with senior leadership to align on strategy and report progress.
  • Work with business units to translate needs into actionable product features.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and data providers.
  • Coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and support adoption.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, QA, and PMO teams to ensure governance and quality standards.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in data-centric product development.
  • Proven ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and lead design discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven outcomes.
  • Experience working across IT, business, analytics, and commercial functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with investment planning, lifecycle management, and ROI tracking.
  • Ability to translate business goals into product KPIs and capabilities.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with customer and market data platforms (e.g., CDP, CRM, market intelligence tools).
  • Experience managing external data sources, contracts, and quality assurance.
  • Understanding of data integration, governance, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Knowledge of segmentation, market sizing, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI applications (e.g., predictive modeling, churn analysis).
