Responsibilities

• Own feature development for Binance Square, including content creation tools for producers and interaction features for consumers.
• Drive product roadmap execution from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless user experience for crypto content creators and traders.
• Iterate on core product features based on user feedback and market trends.
• Build and optimize operational tools and workflows that empower the content operations team to drive high quality content growth.
• Develop content governance mechanisms and creator support features to maintain ecosystem health.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features and technical implementations.
• Work closely with data science teams to analyze key product metrics, identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain product development velocity and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years in content/community product management, preferably in social platforms or fintech.
• Large-scale user product experience (Millions level DAU Product) highly preferred.
• Experience with creator economy or social trading platforms is a plus.
• Strong product design and planning capabilities with expertise in user experience design, feature.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving crypto industry environment.
