My Client

My client is an early-stage, product-led AI company building the next generation of performance creative intelligence for growth marketers and ad agencies. Their platform helps teams understand what creative strategies actually drive performance, combining analytics, insight generation, and decision support in one workflow.

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end user experience of a performance analytics and creative intelligence platform. You will work closely with the founder and engineers to shape a data-heavy, AI-powered B2B product from the ground up, with real ownership over core user experiences and product direction.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and improve core product experiences across analytics, ad insights, and creative exploration workflows.


• Conduct user and competitor research to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for iterative product improvement.


• Translate complex data, insights, and AI-driven recommendations into clear, intuitive UX/UI solutions.


• Own end-to-end design delivery, from early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.


• Evolve and maintain the product design system to ensure consistency and scalability across features.


• Work closely with engineers and the founder to align design decisions with technical feasibility and business goals.


• Continuously refine the product experience based on user feedback, data, and real-world usage.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product / UX / UI design, with at least 2+ years working on B2B or SaaS products.


• Proven experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or data-heavy products.
