Job summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design for key product flows across web and mobile, from research and wireframes to polished, high-fidelity UI.
• Take ownership of the overall user experience — conducting user research and user interviews to ground design decisions in real user needs and behaviours.
• Set and uphold design standards, building consistency across our products through systems and clear guidelines.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Mentor and guide other designers, with the potential to lead the design team as it grows.
• Champion user-centered thinking and bring industry best practices into the team.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading, or other data-heavy products.
• A strong portfolio showing complex, polished work across web and mobile.
• Mastery of design tools (Figma) and a solid grasp of design systems.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools and workflows, paired with a strong aesthetic sense and good taste in visual and interaction design.
• Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Experience mentoring or leading designers is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, bilingual (English/Chinese) environment.

Preferred:

• Background at a leading exchange, trading platform, or large-scale consumer tech product.
• Interest in or experience with crypto, trading, or financial products.
