Job summary

Fuku is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager – Product & Business Analytics in Singapore. This on-site role requires Mandarin and English fluency, 7–14 years of quantitative experience, and a strong track record across data and product analytics to influence product strategy.

You will partner with Product and Business teams across community, commercialization, and e‑commerce, translating complex data into actionable recommendations and shaping business decisions in a fast-moving consumer

Qualifications

• 7–14 years of experience across data analytics, product analytics, data science, or related quantitative disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Experience in consumer internet, technology, or other data-intensive product environments.
• Strong commercial and product instincts with business context behind the numbers.
• Excellent quantitative, statistical, and analytical foundations.
• Experience applying rigorous measurement, attribution, and impact analysis.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analytical problems.
• Experience building metrics, analytical frameworks, or reusable data capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in Mandarin and English.

• Establish measurement, quantification, and attribution frameworks to assess impact.
• Design analytical approaches to identify drivers behind metric changes.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build and evolve business data systems and analytical frameworks.
• Develop scalable analytical capabilities across the organization.
• Combine internal data with external market perspectives for strategic insights.
• Partner with Product, Business, and cross-functional teams to influence direction.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analytical workflows.
