Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Senior Procurement & Vendor Management Executive to manage procurement activities for a foreign bank. You will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier sourcing, payment processing, and a strong understanding of the procurement process. Qualifications

• Experience in Supplier sourcing, pricing negotiations, contract renewal and vendor communication.
• Experience in Purchase requisition and Payment processing.
• Working knowledge of end to end procurement process, documentation and operationalization is definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end procurement activities, ensuring cost effective and timely sourcing.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
• Lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI exercises aligned with procurement policies.
• Source, negotiate, and evaluate vendors to optimise cost and service quality.
• Prepare procurement documentation, perform cost analysis, and negotiate terms.
• Manage contract reviews and execution in coordination with legal teams.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and compliance screenings.
• Maintain accurate procurement records.
