Job summary

A leading solar energy company in Singapore is seeking a Material Planner responsible for forecasting material demand and managing procurement activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and 6-8 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in renewable energy. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential. This position involves collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to optimize supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems.
• High fluency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate material demand forecasts based on production schedules.
• Execute end-to-end procurement of raw materials from overseas suppliers.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to align material availability.
