Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Senior Procurement Manager for projects in the semiconductor, biopharma, and related industrial sectors.
- Lead and support procurement activities, including:
Contractor qualification and assessment.
Tender and bidding process – coordinate with Consultants and the IFE technical team to prepare, issue, and clarify tender documents, Price evaluation and comparison of bids received. - Oversee post-award contract administration, from award to contract closure, including the preparation and verification of Final Accounts.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep abreast of local cost data, market trends, and construction rates in India to support cost planning and project budgeting.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly reports and cost updates.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams across departments to achieve project and organizational objectives.
- To travel or relocate as required by project assignments.
Requirements
