RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, RFQ, negotiate and procure supplies for office and hotel needs.
- Monitor and expedite purchases to ensure that supplies are delivered on time.
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, prices, delivery and service.
- Follow up on feasibility of new supplies provided for office and hotels.
- Receipt of goods from suppliers, handling of goods, storage of goods and distributing of goods to hotels.
- Manage, update and provide accuracy of inventory stock.
- Maintain inventory controls to ensure stock are always kept at the minimum stock level.
- Analyze/review stock requisitions from the hotels for cost control purposes.
- Provide support to hotel operations on all material flow issues to meet departmental and guest requirements.
- Support Procurement team in day-to-day Procurement task and provide administrative support.
- Keep the stores in neat and tidy condition so that stocks are easily accessible.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics fields.
- Resourceful team player who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Good interpersonal/communication skills and effective problem-solving skills.
- Organised, meticulous and take initiatives.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Fluent in English verbally and written.
