Key Responsibilities

• Manage chemical treatment programs at client sites and address any deviations from planned parameters.
• Perform and support analytical field testing with service technicians to ensure system performance.
• Oversee chemical stock planning and inventory management at client sites to ensure continuous operations.
• Maintain equipment maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Lead and evaluate new applications and initiatives to improve process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues related to treatment programs or chemical products in collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and support billing processes.
• Prepare executive performance review reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical sales or field sales support.
