NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Lead Process & Quality Consultant to drive cross-functional Quality, Methodology and Process Improvement initiatives across the organization. You will design program content, engage stakeholders from multiple units, drive execution and establish quality metrics, templates and tools.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT project delivery across SDLC, with experience in ISO/ITIL/CMMI, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Formación

• At least 7 years’ work experience in IT project delivery covering full SDLC and maintenance.
• Skilled in software/systems engineering processes and SDLC implementation and service management.
• Analytical, systems thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and Manage cross-functional Quality / Methodology / Process Improvement Initiatives.
• Design and plan program content including objective, scope, resource, approach, schedule, communication.
• Engage stakeholders from different Units and effect resources from different functional units to deliver objectives.
• Drive program execution, evaluate effectiveness and provide timely insights to management.
• Manage Business Processes / Methodologies (e.g. NCS IDM) with standardized policies and tools.
• Be process expert to define, review and advise on process design.
• Scan industry standards (ISO, ITIL, PMBok, Agile) and recommend updates to processes.
• Review processes defined/updated by Process Owners to ensure alignment and controls.
• Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and process reviews with stakeholders.
• Curate reusable delivery samples/templates and drive standardization.
• Establish Quality Metrics and manage their collection and reporting.
• Manage enablement programs to embed a culture of quality-driven thinking.
