Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a Process Engineer for a Semiconductor Project in Singapore West. You will lead end-to-end process design from concept to handover, ensuring system integrity and safety compliance.

You will develop PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, and equipment sizing for biotech and industrial utilities, review vendor designs, and support tendering activities. A 45 year track record in mission-critical facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelors degree in Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or Bio-Engineering with biotech specialization.
• 45 years of work experience as a process engineer in mission critical facilities.
• Construction and commissioning / qualification experience is an asset.
• Knowledge in line sizing tools and engineering codes is an asset.
• Committed, flexible, creative, assertive, communicative, well-organized and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process design from concept, basic, and detailed design through to implementation, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, equipment sizing, utility balances, and specifications.
• Define process system design based onURS for biotech and industrial utilities.
• Conduct design reviews with clients and stakeholders for alignment with scope and standards.
• Support tendering activities with cost estimates, technical proposals, and vendor/subcontractor evaluation.
• Review vendor/subcontractor designs for compliance with project specs and quality.
• Oversee construction, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards and participate in risk assessments and hazard reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement and standards.
