CGS International Securities Singapore seeks a highly skilled Legal Counsel to oversee legal operations for private equity funds. The role covers fund formation, structuring, fundraising, and regulatory compliance, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and investment teams.

Primary responsibilities include high-level transactional support, drafting and negotiating LPAs, PPMs, and subscription agreements, and leading portfolio due diligence while ensuring governance and securities

Formación

• 5-8 years PQE, preferably in PE or asset management/private equity environment.
• Extensive experience in private equity fund structures and related documentation.
• Proven ability to negotiate and draft complex fund and investment documents.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee legal operations for private equity funds across formation, structuring, fundraising and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership and investment teams.
• Draft and negotiate LPAs, private placement memoranda and subscription agreements.
