Job description

Responsibilities

Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, workplace service, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

• Responsible for the construction of products related to eDiscovery systems, and ensure the online operation of related product processes.


• Craft and communicate a compelling long-term product vision, utilising business knowledge and data to secure alignment and buy-in from stakeholders.


• Coordinate with related stakeholders, diagnose business requirements, and complete product design and construction.


• Responsible for organizational management and team building, mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with more than 4 years of experience in Product Management.


• In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.


• Strong proficiency in data analysis, using insights to monitor product health, set objectives, validate assumptions, and track success.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Majored in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with relevant experience in product strategy and development.


• Experience with building eDiscovery solutions, operation gateway or permission management system.
