• Masters’ Degree or equivalent experience and at least 15 years of work experience across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.
• Hands-on delivery of cost transformation with quantified, executive-reported savings.
• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for complex ideas across all levels.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI / Generative AI and advanced analytics use cases with measurable impact.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.

You will work alongside establish a team of I4.0 Leaders, Managers, Analysts & Data Scientists. You will contribute to the design, analysis, and implementation of cost improvement ideas, embedding AI-enabled cost solutions for opportunity identification, value capture and workflow optimisation as standard practice. You will build, prioritise and operationalise a live portfolio of AI & Generative AI use cases — spanning spend and commodity intelligence, supplier intelligence and contract analytics — that surface savings opportunities and convert them into quantified, executive-reported value.
