We are seeking a Senior Principal Sales Executive to join our global Airline IT team in the APAC region, where innovation knows no borders. As a Senior Principal Sales Executive in APAC, your mission is to lead high-impact acquisition efforts targeting strategic Airline IT growth opportunities across the region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to airline executives, shape value-based sales strategies and influence internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. This role requires strong commercial acumen, industry leadership and the ability to drive transformational outcomes with airline customers in diverse APAC markets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic effort to acquire new airline enterprise customers and expand market presence across APAC.
  • Manage executive-level relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, building trust and alignment across diverse customer profiles.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and value narratives in collaboration with regional and global cross-functional teams.
  • Provide regional market insights to inform product development, messaging and GTM strategy.
  • Serve as a mentor within the sales team and represent APAC in global strategic commercial forums.
Preferred qualifications and education
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic business development or commercial leadership within airline IT, travel technology or SaaS.
  • Proven success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder airline deals with measurable business impact in the APAC region.
  • Deep understanding of airline operations, regional market dynamics and digital transformation challenges.
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation skills and ability to align internal and external stakeholders across cultures.
  • Track record of influencing product direction, commercial models and strategic partnerships.
