Role Summary

Youwillberesponsibletodeliverrobustandefficientsemiconductormanufacturingprocesswithdata drivenanalyticsandsystemicproblem-solvingskillsinthe Thin Film (CVDand/orCMP)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintainsmoothdailymanufacturingoperationsandproblemsolveissuespromptly
• Activelycollaboratewithequipmentandmaterialsuppliersandpartnerstoidentify technologydeficiencies;develop,evaluate,andvalidatecorrectiveandpreventive solutions.
• Qualifyandsustainmanufacturingprocessestoscaleupcapacityswiftlyandmaintain withqualityandurgency.
• Leadeffortstocontinuouslyimproveprocessstabilityandcapability,enhancequality, reliability,yield,productivity,andsafetystandards.
• Designandexecuteexperiments,analysecomplexdatasets,andderiveactionable insightstooptimizemanufacturingprocessesandprecisecontrols
• Analyze production anomalies and maintaining/improving statisticalprocesscontrol (SPC) methodstoestablishandupholdrobust manufacturingprocesses.
• Analyzing faults and improving yield for new and mass-production products

Qualifications

• Abachelor’sdegreeorhigherinElectricalandElectronicsEngineering,Chemical Engineering,MaterialsScience,Physics,orarelatedSTEMfield
• Minimumof3yearsofexperienceasThin Film ProcessEngineer,possessingin-depthknowledge;Experienceworkingina12”fabwouldbeadvantageous
• Proficiency with AMAT Producer or Centura/LAM Vector machines in the CVD area, with over one year of experience with 12-inch tools
• Experience in installing and verifying Producer & Centura/Ebara F-REX300SII
