Job summary

SWARMNETICS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior/Principal Penetration Testing Consultant to join our security team in Singapore. You will lead technical security assessments, manage selected client engagements, and mentor junior testers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Senior level requires 5+ years of experience; Principal level adds leadership, engagement management, and service development responsibilities. OSCP/OSWE/CRT are valued certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Professional penetration testing certifications (OSCP/OSWE/CRT or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience for Senior Consultant in penetration testing or related security work.
• 8+ years for Principal Consultant, with leadership in complex engagements.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Hands-on testing across networks, applications (web/mobile/thick clients).
• Ability to plan, execute, document, and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical security assessment engagements for clients across technologies and environments.
• Act as project lead for selected engagements, coordinating testing activities and delivery.
• Review assessment findings and deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to development and improvement of testing methodologies and tools.
• Participate in new security assessment service development.
• Provide guidance and support to other penetration testers.
