Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Principal Product Development Manager in Singapore to own complex notebook display product lines and drive roadmaps from definition through release.

You will translate customer needs into prioritized requirements, orchestrate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality and operations, and ensure readiness and compliance while pursuing world-leading display innovations.

Qualifications

• Master of Science and above in engineering field (EE, Chemical, Material).
• 10+ years hands-on experience in TFT circuit design.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in Optical structure design.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in Process design.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in Material evaluation.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in Equipment specification define.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in OLED and LCD development.
• Preferred OLED experience over LCD.

Responsabilités

• Research next generation display technology to inform technical roadmap planning and strategy.
• Drive circuit development areas: LTPS, Oxide, LTPO.
• Lead Optical structure design efforts for display performance.
• Oversee key process, material, and equipment development activities.
• Collaborate with CTO office to position readiness of technologies.
• Work with panel qualification engineers and partners to resolve critical issues.
• Contribute to display clean-sheet exercises for new technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement via metrics and retrospectives.
