Job summary

In this strategic role you will shape the long-term ergonomics vision, mentor teams, and partner with Experience Design, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Legal and Procurement to influence product architecture from the earliest stages.

This is a highly strategic, enterprise-level leadership role that serves as the global ergonomics authority for Dell and Alienware display and peripheral products – spanning monitors, mice, keyboards, headsets, webcams, and accessories.

What you'll achieve

You will help define and drive the long‑term ergonomics vision and Center of Excellence (CoE) strategy across product lines, applying advanced biomechanical modeling, computational ergonomics frameworks, and science‑based assessment methodologies. You will be accountable for influencing product architecture decisions at the earliest stages, and partnering with senior leaders across Experience Design, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Legal, and Procurement.

This is not solely a hands‑on assessment role – it is a role that shapes the future of human‑centered product design across Dell's entire peripheral and display ecosystem, setting global standards, mentoring teams, and representing Dell as a thought leader in the ergonomics community.
