Job summary

Infosys Singapore & Australia seeks a Senior Principal SAP ERP leader to drive end-to-end SAP deployments across global teams from Singapore. The role requires extensive experience managing multiple SAP projects and delivering referenceable SAP S/4HANA implementations, with hands-on planning using SAP Activate and MPP.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with customers and stakeholders, and ensure successful multi-country rollouts while maintaining governance, risk, and escalation

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in managing at least 3 end-to-end SAP ERP implementations with at least 1 referenceable SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation.
• Hands-on with detailed day-by-day project plans in MPP using SAP Activate and presenting plan to Customer and Internal stakeholders.
• Experience with Global Template design followed by multi-country/multi-company rollout.
• Team management, stakeholders’ management, communications, reporting and escalation management.
• Working with diverse teams to exhibit Project Leadership for desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership across SAP ERP implementations, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with global teams, customers and internal stakeholders to align plans and resolve issues.
• Maintain project governance, risk and escalation processes and ensure comprehensive status reporting.

Level: Senior Principal

Location: Singapore

Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

1. 18+ years of experience in managing at least 3 E2E SAP ERP implementation with at least 1 referenceable SAP S/4hana E2E implementation.
2. Hands-on experience with preparing the detailed day wise project plan in MPP using SAP Activate methodology and presenting the plan to the Customer and Internal stakeholders to collaborate and baseline the project plan at the beginning of the project.
3. Experience with Global Template design followed by multi-Country/multi-company roll out is a mandatory ask.
4. Team Management, stakeholders’ management, communications, reporting and escalation management.
5. Working with diverse teams from Customer and Infosys ecosystem to constantly exhibit Project Leadership role for desired project outcomes.
