Senior Presales Solutions Engineer

The Senior Presales Solutions Engineer builds and integrates computer and information systems that meet specific business needs. Its primary duties include providing strategic guidance in the development process and making technical decisions regarding solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Understand clients’ problem statement and propose/architect solutions to address the problem statement
  • Provide presales technical support on software, networking and cyber solutions
  • Work closely with the customers, sales team, product vendors and service partners to come up with concepts and solutions to address customers’ problem statements
  • Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors
  • Keep abreast of new technologies, products and solutions
  • Perform proof of concepts (POCs) when required
  • Ensure an appropriate and efficient hand‑over from pre‑sales to project teams
Qualifications
  • Knowledge in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related pre‑sales working experience in software, networking and cyber solutions
  • Experience in building and optimizing architectures
  • Good communication and writing skills with strong interpersonal skills and vendor management
  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to details
  • A good team player who is highly motivated and directed
