Job summary

CAST in Singapore seeks a draughtsman with at least 3 years in precast shop drawings and reinforcement detailing. You will handle enquiries, submit drawings and BOM, and prep technical reports and presentations.

You will ensure project compliance, attend internal meetings, and support department and company goals. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred, with solid drafting and coordination skills for concrete building components.

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate in drafting in Civil Engineering or Architectural.
• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience producing precast shop drawings with reinforcement detailing.

Responsibilities

• Process the new enquiries and submit product drawing and bill of materials (BOM).
• Process the awarded project, submit shop drawings, final material extract and related documents.
• Process customer complaints regarding dimensional and profile issues.
• Assist in providing informative, well-organized technical reports and presentation materials.
• Attend internal meetings.
• Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goals aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure efficiency and sufficient manpower.
• Ensure achievement of yearly performance standards.
• Comply with Management Directive and company policies.
