Job summary

SANDBOX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our infrastructure and platform engineering team in Singapore.

You will design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes platforms with Rancher, ensuring secure workloads and scalable operations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will automate platform provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with security and networking teams; and build observability dashboards.

Qualifications

6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
Strong Kubernetes architecture and operations (K8s v1.20+).
Production-grade Kubernetes clusters with Rancher experience.
Solid container security practices with NeuVector.
Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible) and CI/CD (GitLabCI/Jenkins/ArgoCD).

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Rancher in prod and non-prod environments.
Integrate NeuVector for container security (runtime scanning, policy enforcement, vulnerability management).
Implement platform automation using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with security and networking teams to define and enforce policies across containerized platforms.
Build and maintain observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and dashboards.
Work with development and DevOps teams to provide reliable platform capabilities.
Participate in incident response, RCA, and performance tuning activities.
Optionally contribute to HCI platform operations and VM orchestration if using Harvester.
