Job summary

Jain Global LLC in Singapore is seeking a Senior Core Platform Developer to design and build internal applications, shared services, and developer-facing capabilities. This hands-on role spans frontend and backend to deliver reliable, scalable software that supports business teams and engineering workflows.

You'll work across APIs, service integrations, and platform tooling, collaborating with product, operations, and security teams to maintain production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering across frontend and backend.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Backend services and APIs with FastAPI/Node.js.
• API design, authentication/authorization, error handling, logging, monitoring.
• Frontend-backend integration in production environments.
• Cloud-native development with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, AWS.
• Maintainable, scalable, reliable software design.
• Strong communication across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal web applications for business and engineering teams.
• Develop frontend and backend components for internal tools and services.
• Create APIs, service integrations, and backend functionality.
• Build polished frontend experiences using modern web tech.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering stakeholders.
• Support CI/CD, debugging, production issue resolution, and operational improvements.
