Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in medium‑to‑large organizations with complex cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Backstage or similar platforms.

• Enable self‑service infrastructure and safe feature releases.
• Embed automation, security, compliance, and observability from day one.
