Senior Planning Engineer – Mixed-Development Project (A1 main contractor)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join a site-based team for a major mixed-use development project. Our client is a renowned A1 Building Main Contractor known for delivering high-quality residential, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use developments across Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project scheduling and planning efforts from site, ensuring accurate progress tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project timelines
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend recovery measures
• Monitor the critical path and update project stakeholders regularly
• Assist with preparation of progress reports, EOT claims, and planning documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in building construction
• Strong background in mixed development or large-scale residential/commercial projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Prior experience with A1 Main Contractors is preferred
• Able to work 5.5 days/week on-site
