Job summary

JI SHENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced supervisor for piping works in the process industry. Candidates should have 15–22 years of relevant experience, strong planning and people management skills, and the ability to read construction and fabrication drawings.

You will read 2D/ISO piping diagrams, understand machinery and pipe systems, and ensure safety certificates like SSSC and BCSS are in place. Knowledge of piping material requirements for repairs and new construction is required.

Qualifications

• 15–22 years of relevant working experience in process industry for piping works
• Safety certificates such as SSSC, BCSS and other relevant certificates required to perform as supervisor
• Able to understand construction and fabrication drawings
• Able to read and draw 2D / ISO piping diagrams
• Understanding of machinery equipment / pipe systems and its functionalities
• Knowledge on piping material requirements for both repair and new construction
• Possess man-management experience in workshops and onboard vessels
• Good planning, organization, control, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

Education

GCE O/N Level or equivalent
