Responsibilities

• Assess client needs using appropriate assessment tools to identify therapy requirements.
• Set goals with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Formulate care plans and manage interventions.
• Deliver individual and group physiotherapy interventions.
• Complete documentation and reports following professional guidelines.
• Manage caseload under supervision.
• Maintain client records and monitor service utilization.
• Maintain inventories and health & safety of equipment.
• Engage in CPD and stay updated with professional standards.
