Qualifications

• Possess CPTC OR Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science OR foreign Pharmacy degree.
• Able to communicate effectively and work independently as a team member.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Operations: simple medication dispensing, processing orders, picking, packing and labeling medicines, medication reconciliation, pre-packing, nurse order processing and billing functions.
• Customer Service: provide professional and courteous service to patients/customers.
• Inventory Management: maintain stock via FIFO, proper storage, and cycle counts.
• Medication Safety: comply with pharmacy safety practices.
• Participate in quality improvement projects as needed.
