Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to assist in medication packing, dispensing, and inventory management. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a recognized dispensing certificate, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires commitment to 3 rotating shifts with non-fixed weekends off.

• Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packing medication, dispensing and distribution activities.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of all pharmaceutical items.
• Provide optimal customer service level at all Pharmacy stations.
• Check and replace short expiry drugs in emergency trolley.
