Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare landscape in Singapore! We - the NUHS@Home team - are a dynamic new home hospital service looking for passionate and innovative staff to co-create with us.

The incumbent is responsible for:

Operations
  • Processing of prescriptionsEnsure accurate reading and interpretation of prescription
    Ensure accurate processing of prescriptions according to set standard and guidelines – checking on validity, keying, packing and labelling
  • Processing of inpatient medication supplyProcessing of medication supply orders for which includes printing of labels, packing, and labelling of medications accurately for pharmacist or senior pharmacy technician to check
    Perform billing functions and ensure that cost and revenue of all stocks supplied are recovered, if required
    Maintains the cleanliness of the work areas and prepare these for daily operations
Inventory
  • Replenish stocks in the Omnicell if assigned to do top ups – will include picking up of stocks from Unit Dose Supply Pharmacy (UDSP), travelling to NUHS@Home command centre and topping up of Omnicell
  • Assist in checking of stocks and PAR level at Omnicell
  • Assist in monitoring of mobile medication kits and expiry, to ensure minimum 2 months of shelf life
  • Alert supervisor if there are need to swap in longer expiry medications, and assist in preparation of medication for swapping
  • If needed, to assist in pre-packing of medications

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Polytechnic of any discipline (healthcare related preferred)
  • Job experience in pharmacy related roles preferred
  • Able to work staggered shift duties Job
  • Able to work weekends (half day morning)
  • May need to travel out of NUH to remote sites in the west
