Job summary

SingHealth Community Hospitals invites applications for a Pharmacist to deliver pharmaceutical care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team, supporting wellness and managing acute or chronic illness. You will monitor therapy, provide drug information, ensure safe dispensing and patient education, and maintain continuity of care.

Applicants should hold a Pharmacy degree recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council and full registration; pre-Reg may apply.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master from a School of Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Pre-Registration turning Full registration welcomed to apply.
• Experience in clinical settings preferred.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Master Graduate from a School of Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Pre-Reg turning Full registration are welcomed to apply
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Valid membership with local professional body/association is preferred where applicable
• Experience as a Pharmacist in relevant clinical settings and demonstrated competency will be an advantage
• Working Hours: Normal Office Hours - 8.30am to 6.00pm, will be required to work half a Saturday from 8.30am to 12.30pm once every 4 weeks
