JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and work closely with internal stakeholders and paid channels' POCs across various countries. In this role, you will be looking at expansion of current and new markets by proposing metrics, platforms, planning and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels to support overall ecommerce and market growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Programmatic and Paid Social channels, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
- Plan and execute A/B testing, alongside exploring new platforms to embark on for paid performance efforts.
- Formulate performance marketing strategies that align with our business goals and KPIs.
- Set and achieve quantifiable goals for all paid marketing activities to track and measure success.
- Plan and review budgets to ensure efficient ad spend across various channels, optimizing ROI.
- Collaborate with partner agencies and other internal teams to create consistent and aligned communications across all channels.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to diversify and optimize the channel mix and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct research on market trends, our brand's target audiences, and competitors to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyse reports and web traffic data to map the customer journey, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve shared marketing goals.
- Explore possibilities of business expansions into new markets with performance marketing efforts.
- Work closely with stakeholders of various markets to explore opportunities of growth and scaling up, ensuring that KPIs are achieved.
- Will be interacting with external agencies to ensure hygiene and best practices are executed and aligned with our brand guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 3-4 years of digital agency, digital marketing or ECommerce marketing experience with paid media execution
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management capability
- Pleasant disposition with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the retail / fashion industry would be a plus
- Prior experience in expansion into markets with performance marketing, would be a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Programmatic, Paid Social advertising platforms, Microsoft and Affiliates (advantage if have)
- Experience with data analysis and a data driven environment
