Job summary

INSEAD is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Lead to guide technical architecture, development, and integration of the Campus Solutions and Contributor Relations modules. The role ensures secure, scalable, and well-integrated system operations across INSEAD’s global campuses.

The candidate will coordinate with Product Owners, Delivery teams, and external vendors, driving standards and best practices in PeopleSoft deployments and upgrades. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience with Oracle PeopleSoft.
Experience integrating PeopleSoft with payment platforms/financial systems desired.

Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture and evolution of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Contributor Relations.
Design scalable and maintainable PeopleCode solutions and development standards.
Ensure security, scalability, and integration of PeopleSoft with enterprise systems.
Collaborate with Business Product Owners, Digital Delivery teams, and external vendors.
Provide production support and maintenance for the PeopleSoft platform.
