This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage selected cross-functional deep-dives and special projects on business gaps / cases issued by our SVP People & Talent, whether focused on recruitment, cost optimisation, organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, analytics, people operations, systems, M&A etc.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed of their roles in each project, negotiate timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
- Be a sounding board to working-level project teams and/or stakeholders with objectives to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks, and to keep the projects against its agreed timelines
- Take a data driven approach to ensure overall healthiness of the organization
- Work with cross functions to scale initiatives and processes that are required for a publicly traded company
What you bring
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications
- 5- 12 years of experience, preferably with a fast growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Technology, financial services, people strategy and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- Previous work experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or fintech
- Experience running value-based transformations in people space
