A global marketing agency is seeking a Senior People Manager for the APAC region. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, managing talent, and driving HR initiatives. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in HR business partnering, strong consulting skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. At the heart of the business is TEAM LEWIS Foundation. In January 2021, there was a need to respond to the challenges the COVID pandemic brought to communities and charitable organisations. TEAM LEWIS saw that support was crucial and change was needed to make that happen. Our local causes scheme was launched. Every member of TEAM LEWIS can nominate a local cause close to their heart to receive a cash donation. In addition, nominated causes can also benefit from a donation in kind of expertise, time, and resources. In the past year TEAM LEWIS has donated almost $2million to 445 causes around the world.
As Senior People Manager, APAC, you are a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our business leaders and teams across the region. You champion the employee experience and drive people initiatives that support our commercial goals, culture, and growth. You consult with stakeholders on day‑to‑day people matters, proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, and ensure our HR operations run seamlessly. You are passionate about developing talent, fostering an inclusive environment, and enabling our people to thrive at TEAM LEWIS.
