Job summary

THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Penetration Tester / Cybersecurity Consultant to lead VAPT engagements and red/blue team exercises.

Based in Singapore, this role is on-site, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and working with cross-functional teams to deliver post-sales delivery and client coordination. Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on penetration testing & VAPT experience.
• Experience in red teaming & blue teaming.
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects & client delivery.
• OSCP & CEEST certifications required.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity products & solutions.
• Ability to support pre-sales scoping while focusing on post-sales delivery.
• Strong technical, communication & problem-solving skills.
• Chinese proficiency for effective stakeholder management.

Join an IT & cybersecurity solutions provider as a Senior Penetration Tester / Cybersecurity Consultant, focusing on security projects, VAPT & red/blue team exercises. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Pasir Panjang / Queenstown, working Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm onsite.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead & deliver VAPT, penetration testing & red/blue team engagements
• Manage cybersecurity projects from planning through delivery
• Handle post-sales technical support, implementation & client coordination
• Support pre-sales scoping, technical assessments & project sizing
