Job summary

INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our paediatric therapy team in Singapore. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and working closely with families and multidisciplinary colleagues to support each child’s development and independence.

You will contribute to progress monitoring, documentation, and evidence-based practice, ensuring patient-centred care and collaboration with caregivers for home strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree or recognised professional qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore, with a valid Practising Certificate.
• At least 1 year of paediatric Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience with developmental delays, autism, sensory processing difficulties, ADHD or related conditions is advantageous.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, intervention and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with children, parents, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Patient, empathetic and child-centred approach.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments for infants, children and adolescents with developmental, sensory, physical and learning needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support children’s motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, attention, self-care and functional independence.
• Monitor and document children’s progress, adjusting therapy plans as required.
• Work closely with parents, caregivers, teachers and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to support each child’s development.
• Provide parents and caregivers with home-based therapy strategies and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports in accordance with professional standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions, professional development and service improvement initiatives.
