Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Singapore (Kallang) is seeking a Senior PCB Layout Engineer to help design and optimize high‑power PCBs for power supplies. You will use PADS for layout, generate GERBER files, and ensure manufacturability and EMI performance.

You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, test and production teams to drive DFM, cost optimization and product reliability in a fast‑paced R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Power Electrical or related electrical/automation.
• 4 years design experience in PCB Layout design for power supply.
• Experience with high power applications and PCB layout best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, evaluate and modify PCBs for power supplies of varying wattage.
• Perform PCB Layout using PADS for high power applications.
• Create and maintain GERBER files and PCB specs for fabrication.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Test, Safety and Manufacturing teams to ensure DFM.
• Support cross-functional teams to optimize cost and EMI performance.
