Job summary

The role focuses on PCB design and sustaining engineering, with hands-on testing and root-cause analysis to drive robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in electronics design, sustaining engineering, or board‑level support roles.
• Hands-on experience debugging PCBAs and electronic sub‑systems.
• Solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Effective written and verbal communication in a global, cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with external vendors to support engineering validation and turnkey manufacturing solutions.
• Design, sustain, and troubleshoot PCBs, power supplies, and electronic test fixtures.
• Interpret and apply engineering requirements and specifications at the board and sub‑system levels.
• Perform failure analysis and root‑cause investigations for analog, digital, and mixed‑signal electronics.
• Conduct hands‑on PCBA debugging using laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, etc.).
• Independently troubleshoot board‑level and sub‑system issues with moderate technical ownership.
• Contribute to sustaining engineering activities, including corrective actions, ECO execution, and manufacturability improvements.
• Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (systems, software, manufacturing, service, supply chain) to resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, ECOs, test procedures, and sustaining updates.
• Communicate technical findings, risks, and project status to stakeholders and management.
