Job summary

A payroll services company in Singapore is looking for an experienced payroll manager to oversee full-cycle payroll processing for a large workforce. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and expertise in SAP systems. This position requires strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail, along with the ability to thrive under deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on payroll experience.
  • Experience managing payroll with 1,000+ employees.
  • Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.
  • Strong payroll regulatory knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including validation, reconciliation, and finalization.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Validate payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
  • Support internal/external audits and ensure strong payroll controls.
  • Troubleshoot payroll system issues and support continuous process improvements.
  • Provide timely assistance to employees and HR partners on payroll matters.
