A healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage admission operations. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining patient records. Candidates should have GCE 'O' / 'N' Level, with at least 1 year experience in customer service. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Staggered work hours may apply.
You will deliver professional customer service to ensure smooth operation of the admission centres. This includes managing urgent admissions from outpatient clinics, appointment scheduling, payments, financial counselling and delivering pre-operative instructions to patients. In addition, you will maintain accurate patient records and documentation, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Experience with SAP system will be advantageous
Able to work staggered hours between 8.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays
